The information that is to be captured is defined in advance in ClickReader using freely configurable layouts, without having to program a thing. For this purpose fields, check boxes or list boxes can be selected. The number of layouts is not limited and one can switch between the layouts during capturing at any time. During the layout definition, the software to which the captured data is to be transferred is determined.

The user interface has been developed according to strict ergonomic standards. As such for example, all operations and functions required for capturing can be easily selected directly via large buttons. This saves time. The sought after information is simply clicked on with a mouse or in the case of a touch screen the information is touched with a touch pen. Much quicker than drag and drop or copy and paste. Just click - no typing required.
