And it is exactly for these companies that we are now introducing ArchivStation, the first total system for electronic audit-proof archiving.

We provide you with a PC and a scanner (and as an option also a monitor). All required software is already installed, configured, and parameters have been set. All you have to do is to connect the components with each other. We also provide a Quickstart-Guide to help you get started.

Then you turn the equipment on and you can start. Really! The documents are placed in the scanner, separated by an empty page. Then you select a document type (invoice, order etc…) directly on the scanner followed by pressing the start button on the scanner. And your off and going.

Then you click the index values so that the quick document queries are possible later. This process is very simple and works perfectly using the ClickReader function (click – do not type). Then press the save button. And presto, the document is archived. It is even audit-proof!

And to do this, you did not even have to open a program on your computer.

And searching for documents is just as easy. Click the search screen. Enter the search term. Start the search. And then the results are listed for you.
